Jolly Hearts Montessori School is a preschool, nursery, and primary school in Pedro, Gbagada, Lagos. Since opening our doors in August 2016 with twelve pupils, we have continued to grow, nurturing children’s confidence, creativity and love of learning.
Our school is like your child’s extended family—a welcoming environment built around care, belonging and discovery. Our blended curriculum draws on Montessori methods, the Nigerian Curriculum, the U.S. Head Start programme and the English National Curriculum, helping children develop skills for learning and everyday life.
We welcome pupils Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. After-school care is also available. Contact us to arrange a school tour or enquire about admission.

From Preschool and Nursery 1–2 to Primary 1–6, we help children build strong foundations for learning. Our blended curriculum combines hands-on discovery with structured classroom teaching, encouraging curiosity, creativity, independence and confidence at every stage.
Our teachers bring knowledge, experience and care to the classroom. Through our blended curriculum, they guide pupils in exploring ideas, developing practical skills and building confidence. We encourage each child’s progress while nurturing respect, responsibility and a love of learning..
Our school bus service supports pupils’ journeys to and from school. Please contact us for available routes, pick-up arrangements and transport fees.
Play is an important part of how children explore and learn. We encourage curiosity, imagination and cooperation through purposeful play and hands-on discovery, helping children develop practical skills, independence and confidence.
